Daily Itinerary
Day 1 - April 26 – Depart the USA
Your pilgrimage begins as you depart the USA on an overnight flight to Israel.
Day 2 - April 27 – Arrive in the Holy Land
Upon arrival in Tel Aviv, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to Ancient Jaffa (part of Tel Aviv-Yafo). Dedicate your tour with a traditional kiddush (Hebrew wine blessing) and stroll the ancient streets where Jonah fled toward Nineveh (Jonah 1:3) and where Peter received his vision at the home of Simon the Tanner (Acts 10:9–16). After some time to refresh, enjoy the scenery along the Mediterranean coast or have a glass of wine at a local café.
Overnight: Jaffa
“For Adonai your God is bringing you into a good land—a land with wadis of water, fountains and springs … a land of wheat and barley, vines, figs and pomegranates, a land of olive oil and honey.” (Deut. 8:7–8, TLV)
Day 3 - April 28 – Caesarea, Zikhron Ya’akov & Sharon Region
Begin the day at Caesarea Maritima, where the gospel went forth to the Gentiles through Cornelius (Acts 10), and where Paul was imprisoned before being sent to Rome (Acts 23:33). Continue to Zikhron Ya’akov, birthplace of Israel’s modern wine revival. Enjoy a tasting at Somek Winery and stroll Zikhron’s quaint streets and art shops. After lunch on your own, visit Alona Winery in the Sharon region.
Overnight: Jaffa
Day 4 - April 29 – Jezreel Valley, Nazareth & Cana
Travel through the fertile Jezreel Valley, a place of prophecy and battle, and stop at Tel Megiddo, the site of ancient Armageddon. Enjoy a tasting at Jezreel Valley Winery, producing bold wines rooted in Israel’s unique terroir. Continue to Nazareth and stop for a quick lunch at Rosemary, then visit the traditional site of Mount Precipice (Matthew 13:54-58, Mark 6:1-6). Then, at Khirbet Qana, reflect on Yeshua’s first miracle: turning water into wine at a wedding feast (John 2:1–11).
Overnight: Tiberias
Day 5 - April 30 – Sea of Galilee: Word, Wine & Water
Pass through the Valley of the Doves beneath Mount Arbel (Isa. 9:2) and arrive at the Mount of Beatitudes, where Yeshua preached the Sermon on the Mount (Matt. 5–7). Visit Magdala’s first-century synagogue, then enjoy a tasting and light lunch at Lotem Winery. Walk through the ancient synagogue of Capernaum, where Yeshua taught and healed (Matt. 4:13, 23). At Terra Nova, experience an olive oil and wine tasting. End the day with a sunset cruise on the Sea of Galilee, recalling how Yeshua calmed the storm (Mark 4:35–41).
Overnight: Tiberias
Day 6 - May 1 – Caesarea Philippi, Golan Heights & Volcanic Vines
Journey north to Caesarea Philippi, where Peter confessed, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the Living God.” (Matt. 16:16). Experience a tasty lunch with the Druze minority people group. Take in sweeping views from Har Bental on the Golan Heights. Enjoy tastings at Odem Mountain Winery and Pelter Winery, both producing distinctive vintages from the region’s volcanic soil. Return to your hotel for a special Shabbat dinner, celebrating with the fruit of the vine (Ps. 104:14–15).
Overnight: Tiberias
Day 7 - May 2 – Jordan River, Qumran, Ein Gedi, Dead Sea & Jerusalem
At the Jordan River, recall the immersion of Yeshua by John (Matt. 3:13–17). Hike the oasis of Ein Gedi, where David sought refuge from Saul (1 Sam. 24:1–3). Float in the mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth. Visit a goat farm for a taste of authentic Israeli cheeses. Finally, ascend to Jerusalem, the city of the Great King (Ps. 48:2).
Overnight: Jerusalem
Day 8 - May 3 – Yad Vashem, Ella Valley & Craft Wineries
Begin at Yad Vashem, Israel’s Holocaust Memorial. Travel to the Ella Valley, where David faced Goliath (1 Sam. 17). Share lunch at Agro Café, then enjoy tastings at Elul Vineyards and a creative wine-and-painting session at Mettler Winery. In the evening, explore Jerusalem’s vibrant Machane Yehuda Market (self-pay).
Overnight: Jerusalem
Day 9 - May 4 – Mount of Olives, Gethsemane & City of David
Stand atop the Mount of Olives, where Yeshua ascended to heaven (Acts 1:9-12). Pray in Gethsemane (Matt. 26:36). At the Western Wall, join in prayer, then sit on the Teaching Steps, where Yeshua taught. Tour the City of David and walk through Optional Hezekiah’s Tunnel. Conclude at the Friends of Zion Heritage Center, honoring Christian support in Israel’s founding.
Overnight: Jerusalem
Day 10 - May 5 – Samaria: Bethel, Shiloh & Covenant Wine
At Bethel, recall Jacob’s dream of a ladder reaching heaven (Gen. 28:10–19). Taste vintages at Beit El Winery, near the site where Abram built an altar (Gen. 12:8). Visit the HaYovel vineyard project and Ancient Shiloh, where the Ark of the Covenant rested (1 Sam. 1–4). Conclude with a tasting at Shiloh Winery, celebrating prophecy fulfilled: “Again you will plant vineyards on the hills of Samaria and eat them as common
things.” (Jer. 31:5) “…foreigners will be your plowmen and vinedressers.” (Isa. 61:5b)
Overnight: Jerusalem
Day 11 - May 6 – Temple Mount, Garden Tomb & Farewell
Walk the Temple Mount, where Solomon’s Temple once stood (2 Chron. 3). Pause at the Pool of Bethesda, where Yeshua healed (John 5:1–18), and enjoy the acoustics of St. Anne’s, a crusader church. Enjoy some shopping time in the Christian quarter, and if you wish, visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre (John 19). Share communion at the Garden Tomb, celebrating the Resurrection (John 20). End your journey with a Jerusalem Winery Happy Hour at the historic Windmill, followed by a festive farewell dinner overlooking Jerusalem.
Overnight: Jerusalem
